PERDON: no es win.ini es boot.ini

el win.ini se edita tipeando "systedit" en ejecutar y el boot.ini no lo veo en ningun lado

y releyendo lo expuesto en el link

la modificacion del boot.ini solo aplica si el sistema tiene mas de 16GB y seria removiendo (quitando) el /3GB

"...When the physical RAM in the system exceeds 16 GB and the /3GB switch is used, the operating system will ignore the additional RAM until the /3GB switch is removed. ..."

asi que de momento, no se.-
